The binding engagement terms (the savings definition, measurement method, refund conditions and process, IP ownership, the month-6 upgrade clause, and the month-13 renewal) live in a separate services agreement that should be drafted and reviewed by counsel before the first deal.

Using this site

This website is provided for information about See.ke’s services. Figures shown, including any savings estimates and calculator outputs, are illustrative and not an offer, quote, or guarantee. Actual terms are set out in a signed services agreement.

The Savings Audit

A Savings Audit is a free, no-obligation assessment. Engaging in an audit does not create a services contract; any build is governed by a separate written agreement.

Engagement terms (plain-language summary)

The following summarizes the commercial terms shown elsewhere on this site. It is provided for clarity only and is not the binding agreement. The terms that actually govern an engagement are those set out in the signed services agreement for your project, which controls if anything here differs.

  • No upfront cost. There is nothing to pay to start, and the Savings Audit is free.
  • Fee. 50% of the projected Year-1 savings agreed in writing during scoping, due on delivery of the working system. Due on delivery. The fee can also be spread over the first 3 months as the system goes live.
  • Shortfall refund. If verified savings come in below the projection, we refund the difference. Requires proof the system was used as agreed in the project scope.
  • Free tweaks. Adjustments and tuning of the delivered system are included for the first 3 months.
  • Upgrade review. At month 6 we review whether a better tool or model exists and, where applicable, re-platform at no charge.
  • Maintenance. Included free for the first 12 months. From month 13, a flat 10% of annual savings.
  • Ownership. You own the automation we build for you, as set out in your agreement.

“Savings,” the measurement method, the verification cadence, the conditions and process for any refund, billing schedule, and dispute resolution are defined in full in the signed services agreement.

Intellectual property

The content and design of this site belong to See.ke. Automations we build for clients are owned by those clients as set out in their agreement.
